Annual Volunteer Appreciation BBQ

Our mission takes flight thanks to our volunteers — the dedicated Crew Members who give thousands of hours each year to restore the Lacey Lady and preserve World War II history. Nearly 100 active volunteers (and many more on standby) bring their skills to everything from aircraft restoration and tours to education, marketing, and event planning.

Each year we celebrate them at our Volunteer Appreciation BBQ — a favorite tradition filled with good food, great stories, and well-earned recognition.
